Welcome to Norfolk County’s online portal. Here you can apply for building permits, check the status of an application, request building inspections and submit Bylaw cases, all from the comfort of your home or office.

Please register using the Register link first. After you register, you can login to the portal by clicking on the Sign In link to submit your building permits, check the status of Building permits and Planning applications, and submit Bylaw complaints.

The information will be used by the Building Department administration for its intended submitted purpose.
